Feature Request: Add qBittorrent Collection with log parser to CrowdSec Hub

Hi, it will be great if we can get a qBittorrent collection on crowdsec to prevent brute force login on qBittorrent instances. It is a very popular torrent client. 
The sample log when someone failed to login is like below:

`(W) 2026-03-12T19:27:19 - WebAPI login failure. Reason: invalid credentials, attempt count: 1, IP: <ip>, username: <username>`
