Makes SimBroker MCPB tool responses readable in Claude Desktop.

This release fixes visible tool output so get_account, list_accounts, get_portfolio, preview_order, and place_simulated_order show cash, positions, previews, fills, and portfolio state directly in Claude.

SimBroker is a local demo paper broker for the PolyBridge Market Foresight cookbook. It records simulated fills to local files only. It has no market connection, no credentials, no network access, no real trading, and no financial advice.

Use it alongside the read-only PolyBridge MCPB to run the cookbook's Claude Desktop demo:
PolyBridge Forecast evidence -> Evidence Gate -> SimBroker preview -> explicit user approval -> simulated fill.

This release supersedes simbroker-mcpb-v0.1.0 and simbroker-mcpb-v0.1.1.
