This version unfortunately removes the recently added Chlorinator Operating Mode select entity. There were issues with it's functionality causing it to not work properly. Upside, the ability to set Timed-Percent and ORP setpoints remains, it's only the ability to change operating mode between Timed and ORP that is (hopefully temporarily) removed. Until this functionality is better figured out, you will need to change chlorinator operating modes in the app (I don't expect this is something that people do frequently).

This change also adds a binary_sensor for if your CSAD is actively dispensing or not and it also resolves an issue where you weren't able to turn a filter/pump off if it was in priming state.
