This release adds a module account converter to the upgrade handler to support migration during the chain upgrade (#1304).

On the tiered rewards module, two fixes harden position handling: vesting accounts are now blocked from creating tier positions (#1305), and position delegator address derivation is protected against pre-creation squatting (#1308).

An NFT genesis fix validates the denom Id (IBC-aware) instead of Name, so denoms with free-form names now round-trip correctly through export/import (#1312).

Rounding out the release, ICS-721 is disabled (#1298), and CI/tooling is improved by upgrading nixPkgs to the latest 25.11 patch (#1311) and building upgrade-test binaries from source via flakes (#1310).
