iOS 26.4 version 3.0.0 (1484) Onedrive - stopped working with Files

Summary

Updated to 3.0.0 from previous latest and Files not working. Prompts for FaceID, then never opens. Tried re-adding vault.

1. Open files app
2. unlock with FaceID
3. wait forever

Expected Behavior

Files displayed

Actual Behavior

No files displayed, option to click Unlock with FaceID again- continual loop

I have the same issue, but with pCloud 3.8.7 instead of OneDrive. The other version numbers are the same. The issues started with Cryptomater 3.0.0 for me.

I disabled Touch ID for the unlocking on the iPad and tried unlocking with password. It is the same result. After clicking on "Unlock" the unlocking process does not finish.

Another pCloud user here, running into the same issue after upgrading Cryptomator to 3.0.0 just now.

Did some digging around, same combination of iOS, Cryptomator and OneDrive as other reporters.
Creating a new vault using the app is fine, opening existing vaults in the app works fine as well (it can verify if the passwort is correct, so it can access the data).
I enabled logging, this line looks promising?

I see the same error message in my logs when opening my vault on pCloud:
