General Info
This PR adds route & initializer to support login methods other than Canvas. It does not fully implement Omniauth workflow. See sesson controller comments for more details.
This PR also renamed the environment variable APP_KEY to CANVAS_APP_KEY for clairty.
Running bundle install is required if this PR gets merged.
