Idea

Young Single Adult wards near universities often experience massive changes in membership at the start of new semesters. YSA Tools will be a web app to help ward leadership organize the ward and to help keep ward members connected with each other. Feature Ideas:

• Customizable registration forms so new members can input contact and membership information as well as skills and interests to help leaders call pianists/choir directors/etc and organize fun activities.
• Online ward directory and printable directory templates
• Drag and drop callings board so bishoprics and presidents can easily plan out callings. Includes picture of member. Shows members without callings, or with too many callings. Also only shows members that pertain to a quorum/relief society when a president is using it.
• Similar drag and drop boards for organizing FHE groups and home/visiting teaching.
• Communication hub for making sure the right members get the right texts/emails/notifications for the corresponding activity depending on their calling/quorum/RS/FHE group/etc. Possible links to Facebook groups using API. Message Board for discussion.
