Local "normal" user account doesn't change password policy to "never expire"

Heya, I've noticed that even tho I've enabled the setting to change policy to "never expire" it doesn't apply to my normal user account but only the Administrator account.

Am I missing something or is there a way to add a setting to also enable it for my other user?
