Description
Some code reorganization and bug fixes related to RSYS fan power calculations.
Fixed some logic errors re RSYS type classification via refinement of rs_IsXXX() functions. In particular, reviewed all uses of rs_IsASHPVC() and changed some as needed.
Updated some test results.
No documentation changes.
