IC-705 mixing VFOs / frequencies

I'm trying to use Gpredict with IC-705.

I've tried couple of setups:

Gpredict -> wfview (2.11) -> Wifi -> IC-705
Gpredict -> hamlib (homebrew.sh, supposedly 4.6.5 but rigctl shows 4.6.3) -> USB -> IC-705

In both cases I have an issue with Gpredict mixing uplink and downlink. I've tried to configure the radio as half duplex and full duplex.

In case of full duplex, if I push PTT sometimes the Downlink gets overwritten with Uplink. This happens quite often for me.
In case of half duplex, the Uplink sometimes gets overwritten with Downlink, this is not that often but it happens.

I'd really like to utilize 2 VFOs since TX/RX switch is instant and that works way better for linear SATs and CW. Plus I need LSB/USB for linear sats so I kind of need the full duplex mode.
