CI builds should not hang at the end

I'm experiencing an issue whereby my CI builds on AppVeyor are hanging at the end, even if they are passing. I see the final line from the build log but the build doesn't complete, it remains running until it times out.

This needs investigating and fixing.

I've narrowed this down to WebDriverFromOptionsFactoryTests.
