Summary

  • LLM coding agents already mirror the user's input language automatically, so prescribing a default language ("concise English" or otherwise) added no behavioral effect — only line noise.
  • Remove the rule from AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, README.md, and README.ko.md. The other Repository Rules (no emojis, current docs, domain verification, changelog) all stay because they are not auto-derivable from user language.
  • This supersedes PR docs: switch default comment/doc language to English #1 (which flipped Korean → English). That decision is recorded in the same log/changelog-2026-05-10.md, with this removal appended as a follow-up correction so the reasoning trail stays intact.

Test plan

  • Diff is exactly four single-line removals plus the appended changelog entry
  • Ten Commandments untouched
  • Other Repository Rules bullets all preserved

Coding agents already mirror the user's input language automatically,
so prescribing "concise English" (or any language) added no behavioral
effect — only line noise. Remove the rule from AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md,
README.md, and README.ko.md. The other Repository Rules stay because
they are not auto-derivable from user language.
