Add support for multiple instances (or windows). You can now can have multiple instances running for all the different projects you're working on. When you open, clone, or init a repo you will now be asked whether to open in a new window or the current window. You can set whether you want it to open in a new window or the existing window (basically the prev behaviour if enabled). CLI calls will always open in a new window.
