John smith entered the program, they need to find housing, start case notes to track progress, GOAL = obtain housing, Milestones, > verify homelessness, Obtain documentation, find a unit
Case notes are entered any time there is a change associated with a goal or milestone or be standalone.

• Case may be, “Checked in with client to obtain homeless verification form, client does not have it” *
• Checked in with client on Verification form, “client met with emergency shelter provider, and form will be provided on 11/5/2018”
