Overall refacto

This PR is an overall improvement and refacto of the repository.
I propose to consider this repository a publicly-available project, but not actively maintained. It is more an effort toward Open-Sourcing everything (yet not under all circumstances). It might help people understand what we are doing under the hood 😄

A short list of what's included in this PR:

• 🎨 simplified diagrams to focus on the value rather than details ;
• 🔒 deploy a secured namespace with Talos-like namespace hardening ;
• 🎉 add an extractor program to quickly copy the OpenTelemetry Collector file data in case the deployment has been deployed as cold-extract=true ;
• 🌍 add CoC, security and license informations.

A future work should be to add the extractor in integration tests.

For now, CI tests does not pass but only due to the repository being private (thus coveralls can't find the code).
