thanks @rcervinoucm I will just add different versions of TF in the matrix in order to test that the TF breaking changes will not break our code. |

@rcervinoucm TF v2.16 is only available on pypi for py v3.12, so I excluded higher python versions from the CI for the lowest TF version. |
