EMD-101: Building a REDCap Development Environment

I am currently familiarizing myself with RedCap and have set up a local instance using this instruction: .https://ctsit.github.io/redcap_external_module_development_guide/emd101. To call up the web-based installer, the instructions say to call up the following URL: http://localhost:1935 . However, this did not work. The instructions tell you to call up exactly this URL. I then replaced the 1935 with the port number, which we should define using the version number. Then I was able to call up the installer.
