This now builds using the tpage(1) script from perl's Template::Toolkit.

It also requires a sgmls implementation if you want to use the 'validate'
target to check the HTML validity automatically.  It presumably works
(resetting the name) with the original sgmls (wherever you might find
it), and the nsgmls from James Clark's sp (<http://www.jclark.com/sp/>).
I presume if you're using it though, you're using onsgmls from the opensp
continuation of it (see http://openjade.sourceforge.net/).


Generally, you only care about the 'make clean' and 'make all' targets
('make' == 'make all').  Static files are copied from the static/ dir
into build/, and then *.tt2 from templates/ is processed into HTML output
and put into build/.  build/ then contains what should go on the site.
