How to automate it:

In this guide, I will show you 2 ways, 1 with redstone, and the second one with Super Factory Manager. Lets start with redstone.

In both tutorials I will show you how to automate Neutronium.

1) Redstone

a) As you can see in the image, the temperature required is 5900K - 6400K. The controller emits 1 redstone signal every 500K, meaning the optimal temperature to hold is around 6000K, translating to 12 redstone power.
b) To start off, we place Comparator so it reads the signal from the controller.

Next, we place Potentiometer next to the Comparator, and right click it until it says 12 in the chat.

c) Now, this can be adjusted depending on the position of your Heater Input, but I made it this way. Place a redstone torch in front of the comparator.

d) Bring your AE2 connection near, and place a Interface that can access Superheated Solar Plasma.

Open the interface, hold bucket of Superheated Solar Plasma, and right-click on the top row. Set the output rate to 0.1B.

e) Next, place a Pipez pipe directly above the redstone torch and give it a Iron Upgrade. Open the GUI and set it to ON when powered. image image
f) Done, you will have to probably break the Heater Fluid Input once or twice, because it will keep of filling during the heating period, but it will keep itself hovering around the 6000K. If you want to change the temperature to allow crafting different recipe, change the power the Potentiometer is releasing.
