Per Maksim's note in the Brex thread: AI traffic (Chat API and other AI endpoints) flows through the same HTTP ingress as REST/GraphQL, so it's covered by AWS PrivateLink frontend connectivity. Calls this out explicitly so customers evaluating PL don't have to ask.

Changes in admin/deployment/dedicated/aws/private-api-connectivity.mdx:

  • Intro paragraph now states that AI traffic — both from data-plane-hosted AI Engineer and from external agents calling the Chat API as a tool — flows over the same private link.
  • Data-plane bullet in the Architecture section updated to list AI traffic alongside REST/GraphQL/SQL.
  • Added link refs to the Chat API reference and the agent-to-agent recipe.
