Add a post-step that parses the claude-code-action execution_file and writes a markdown table (model, cost, wall/API time, turn count, token usage) to $GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY. Surfaces cost and cache efficiency on the workflow run page without touching the PR comment Claude writes.
