[Question] Test suite for Cucumber implementation

Hello,

I use a lot of Gherkin / Cucumber in my Java projects. And I have some projects where I use Xslt and XQuery languages.

I'm not able to find any Cucumber implementation for these languages.

I'm looking for a test suite that will help me to verify that my - eventual - implementation respects all Gherkin / Cucumber specifications.

Is there such a material available ? And if so, where could I found it ?

To test your own Cucumber implementation you can use the compatibility kit. It contains a collection of samples . Each sample consists of a feature file, expected output in the form of Cucumber messages and a reference set of step definitions that you can implement for your own language.

However if you are primarily using Java, that might be a lot of work. Instead you could consider implementing a dedicated Backend implementation nstead. You can use the JavaBackend as a reference.
