- removed the extension functions 'EndpointWrapper.set' and 'EndpointWrapper.get' - created interface 'EndpointContext' that extends 'EndpointWrapper' - updated the interfaces 'RequestContext' and 'ResponseContext' to extend 'EndpointContext' instead of 'EndpointWrapper'
