Pull request overview
Adds a Dependabot configuration so automated dependency update PRs for the npm ecosystem are opened against the dev branch rather than the repository default branch.
Changes:
- Introduces
.github/dependabot.ymlwith a weekly npm update schedule. - Sets
target-branch: "dev"for Dependabot-created PRs.
