:as-alias doesn't correctly prevent cyclic dependency warnings in CLJS

In #2690, a fix was made to prevent dependency cycle warnings when loading namespaces which create cycles using :as-alias. However, there's a bug in how this was implemented for CLJS, which means this doesn't work correctly.
