Overt emphasis on file length in thermonuclear code review. #71

Although your thermodermicular code review does seem decent, clearly the engineer who wrote it had strong opinions regarding file length. A thousand line file was a completely reasonable limit in the olden days. However, now that we're using agents to manage skill, logical grouping matters more than individual file readability.
