"take block" ends up with reversed selection

If your cursor is inside a block, calling "take block" will give you a reversed selection

take line and take file does the same. This looks like vscode bug actually

 * A selection is reversed if [active](#Selection.active).isBefore([anchor](#Selection.anchor)).
 */

selection.selection.isReversed => true
selection.selection.active.isBefore(selection.selection.anchor) => false

In vscode hovering the attribute actually gets me
isReversed (get):ƒ isReversed(){return this._anchor===this._end}

I'm gonna solve this by using our own selection utility with a correct implementation
