Change inference rule for “bring <mark> to <scopeType>”

For example, for "bring air to token", it is more intuitive for "token" to refer to "token this" rather than "token air". For "end of" / "start of", we will continue to infer the first mark. Eg "take air past end of line" won't change

• While here, change it so that "bring line air past end of funk to this" refers to "this line" rather than "this funk"
