Adds a smol little 'balance' widget. We're going to use it in a few places, most notably for user inputs. In short, it shows the balance of a specific token (symbol). The balance itself is optional, as there's a chance that we're waiting for a reply from an asynchronous call to a contract.
The "Max" button comes in three varieties:
off: There is no clickable button; it's read-only.balance: You can click the balance if it's available.button: There's a blue "Max" button on the far right.
