Annotations not downloading

Been trying to export annotations all afternoon. It says the download is queued, but its been hours!

Tried accross 4 different users and 2 different organisations.

We've got the same problem. Second time in ~ 1 month

Same, currently attempting to export right now for 12 images worth of annotations and it's permanently 'Queued'.
