Steps to Reproduce

Backedup a large project (43GB) from an erlier version of CVAT and tried to restore it to another instance

Expected Behavior

Backup should create the project

Context

Backedup a large project (43GB) from an erlier version of CVAT (2.9.2) and tried to restore it to another instance
running 2.30.
It failed with the following message.

Could not restore project backup.

tus: unexpected response while creating upload, originated from request (method: POST, url: http://172.30.0.10:8080/api/projects/backup/, response code: 413, response text: File size exceeds max limit of 26843545600 bytes, request id: n/a).

Any idea how to increase the limit ?
