This PR contains code for SVE kernels to benchmark the performance of Graviton 4 vs Graviton 3. Preliminary findings show that Graviton 3 is better than Graviton 4 on SVE. This has a couple of reasons that we will report in an upcoming paper ;)
Plus, some changes in the README.
