Scan starts very slowly #738
Description
I have a Canon DR-M160 and run it on Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS via SANE. The scan generally works.
The only problem is that when I start a scan on the console, it always takes about 8 to 10 seconds for the scanner to respond. It doesn't matter what state the scanner is in at the time. And it also doesn't matter whether it's the second or first scan.
I'm using the latest NAPS2 version.
When I start a scan under Windows (TWAIN) or OSX (SANE), it takes about 0.5 seconds for the page to be fed in. In both cases, however, I am not using the console.
What could be the reason for this? I have already removed all drivers except those for Canon in SANE.
