RFC: Relicense mcp-ts-core from Apache 2.0 to BSL 1.1

TL;DR: Considering a move from Apache 2.0 to BSL 1.1 for the framework (not the servers). Free for individuals, academics, and orgs under $2M revenue. Building and selling your own servers with the framework as a dependency is always free regardless of revenue. $5,000/year commercial license only applies to orgs over $2M that offer the framework itself (or a competing derivative) as a product. Every release auto-converts to Apache 2.0 after 2 years.
