* Updated version to 0.2.2 and maintainers info

This change buymps the version to 0.2.2 since we made changes and also
updates the maintainer info to the shared email address.

* Gitignored Vim swapfiles

These files should never end up in our repository.

* Added authenticators as a configuration variable

We can now specify authenticators whitelist in the helm chart.
