Twilio Voice iOS does not automatically switch to CallKit UI when making calls

When making calls using Twilio Voice SDK on iOS, the call does not automatically switch to the CallKit interface but only displays within the application.

@nthienquang199x @chenxu2656 i think this is a normal because this i outgoing call this was not report to call kit as an incoming so it will not redirect to UI Call kit but instead try to add a function that will report to call kit manually in order to redirect to call kit try this if this works, Note: am not familiar with swift.
