Where should we add the commodities block information? #446
Description
#444 removes the commodity block template and optional commodity activity in add_commod_recipe.rst because the commodity block is only needed when defining solution priority, which is an advanced feature. Where on the website do we want to include a discussion about the commodity block and its purpose?
