Setting proper permissions for
GITHUB_TOKENin the workflows according to https://github.blog/changelog/2021-04-20-github-actions-control-permissions-for-github_token/.All is needed is calling
actions/checkout, socontents: readis enough, except fordocker-image.ymlwhich needs tagging permission, socontens: write.
