Confirmation window is not confirmed automatically

Current behavior

Previously, Cypress automatically accepted all confirmation windows, but since 14.2.1 it is not.
I have rechecked all the versions beginning from 14.0.0, and 14.2.0 is the last version where my tests are passing.

I have tried to confirm manually, but haven't found any way.
Please fix or please let me know the way to overcome it

@MaxAllianov Could you give an example of the HTML code you're calling? Could you also provide the browser this is occurring in?

I'm unable to reproduce this with a simple confirm example in Chrome, Firefox, or Electron latest - Cypress is automatically confirming the confirm popup. Is there some other code you're calling to prompt the confirm that's relevant?

After the additional discovery, I have found that it is somehow related to the iframe.. and for some reason, I have the same issue on 13.17.0 as well
Also, it became flaky on my website, I got it reproduced on 14.2.0 too
It is the same for all browsers: Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, Electron

Here is a reproducible example:
