This PR adds a People page, enhances the "experimental tools" page by calling it "roadmap" instead (and reorganizing slightly), and adds badges for tools. There were also small tweaks like avoiding "There's no articles to list here yet." on pages, adding the cytomining logo to the header, and enhancing the mobile-display of the site using a dropdown menu button.
