Some recommendations for not get bans?

i try different accounts, some accounts are new, anothers accounts around 3 months of created... All banned...

Also i try only call each method each 5min pausing calls with sleeps... also banned...

Recommendations?

Has anyone been successful in getting this used without getting banned or suspended? Even after appeal they dont tend to revoke the suspension.

i used with and wiouth proxies.

ban appears after create_tweet method.. methods for read timelines works. but they ban account from first tweet

also i try to use manually account posting tweets replies, some likes... a normal use. but same problem after create a new tweet

Try with aged accounts and reputable proxies. I recommend static residential. Warm up your accounts up to a week. If you are not spamming or pushing limits, can guarantee it works.

I also run my own scraping/data extraction service. If the data you want to crawl is publicly available, I prefer dynamic residential. If login required, you must focus on cookies because rate limits are account specific and changing only IP with the same cookie won't work. I have more than 10k accounts for scraping and sometimes I also deal with rate limits :)
