Add support for telegram group topics

It would be to add an extra sidebar for when you open a topic group that overlaps on top of the normal one.

Also, if it is possible to support the emojis that usually have the topics in the group to differentiate them from each other.

The best thing would not be to adopt the threaded view, as it is very complicated to add.

As for switching between topics, it could replace, temporarily, the switching between chats and that to return to the main menu you would have to leave the topic group.

I am not very fluent in English, so I might not have explained myself well.

It would be great if this appeared. Only because of the lack of groups and topics I can not stop using the graphical client

This would be awesome! I'm on a large group where there are several unrelated conversations taking place at the same time on different topics, nchat is not useful in those cases.

I love the UI suggestion from @ChrisTVH, although I'd personaly prefer to use the left/right arrow keys to navigate between the first level (conversations/groups) and the second level (topics) when available.

#321 would be a nice and easier first step to include topic information on the messages, but it wouldn't make it better to send messages on Telegram groups with topics. I guess it could be useful as a low-impact change while preparing the grounds for fully incorporating topics, what do you think?
