• Added new ability to the Watcher, who gains the ability to kill after witnessing a murder

• Added new option to allow the Task Master to vent

Please note the Windows users can only use the zip file or the dll file that ends with "-Windows", and Android users can either download the mod from Starlight or use the dll file that ends with "-Android".
