Updated compatibility for Among Us v17.3
Added new ability to the Yo-Yo, Blackout
Fixed a bug where the UIs on Starlight cannot be opened
Fixed a bug where random spawning in Polus would spawn outside of the map

Fixed a bug where the Mafioso Timer will still run even if it is not in the game
