[Feature]: devcontainer support?

What feature would you like?

Does dagger currently support the devcontainer.json spec for configuring dev environments for the agents to be in?

Why would this be useful?

cross-compat with existing devcontainer specs used in other tools (eg github, vscode)

dagger does not currently support the devcontainers.json spec. i think this would be cool to have as a configuration interface, but it'd be XL lift to implement and mainatain.
