Azure support

Along with AWS and GCP support that we already have, it would be nice to have Azure support.

It would be a directory in stdlib similar to GCP and AWS one:

In your #Load Definition -

1. py-pip package name will have to be enclosed within "" i.e. "py-pip" else the cuefmt would be complaining. Something I discovered today.

missing ',' in struct literal:
    ./stdlib/azure/azure.cue:31:27

2. What I have noticed with just the packages you listed the pip installer adds in extra version of same package and at times get stuck as below -

This could be resolved by specifying the version for azure cli i.e. pip install azure-cli==2.26.0.

3. On specifying the az cli version it would then fail with this error -

ERROR: No matching distribution found for PyNaCl~=1.4.0

this is because it fails to find the gccpackage.

4. Here is what worked for me -

@xinity - I see you are using Azure Files here? Any specific reason?

We could leverage Azure Storage's static web hosting feature by using blob storage service as it supports React. This would help us in deploying the sample todoapp.

@sujaypillai actually I was playing to have something running but you're right we should definitely leverage Azure Storage's Static web Hosting feature :)
