cc @sipsma - took a quick look but didn't see anything super obvious. Doesn't seem telemetry logs related since it's from catting a file in the container.

Attempting a fix here but couldn't repro locally so not 100% sure yet, will leave this open for now until we haven't seen it for a while #7696

I haven't seen this one since the above fix was merged, so safe to close by now I think
