docs: add instructions for using a GPU on Fly.io and Lambda Labs

Some instructions and example to use an Nvidia GPU.

Some notes:

• I called the page "Using a GPU" because I thought we could make this guide evolve when we support more than Nvidia, without necessarily changing the link.
• It's a draft, it might contain some typos but contains all the past examples
• Not sure about the location in the menu, that was my best guess, @vikram-dagger feel free to change it as you see fit
• @vikram-dagger feel free to edit this page in place if there is anything (wording, examples, structure) that you would like to see different, it's all good

I don't think this goes in the API section though, since it's more configuration/integration than API calls. I would move it to either Configuration/GPU or Integrations/GPU.

I tried it in a separate configuration page but finally thought it makes the most sense to add it to the existing custom runner page. Open to other ideas though!

I've also done a copy edit and merged some common sections (test example) and removed some redundant steps (host setup, Dagger install) in favour of stating them as assumptions.
