I am trying to keep PatchGate focused on one small maintainer habit: deciding whether a pull request is ready to spend review time on.
In your repository, what is the first missing signal that makes you stop before reading the diff closely? It might be a missing issue link, a check that has not run, the wrong owner, or simply a change that has grown beyond the original request.
I am not looking for a list of every repository rule. One real example is enough: what did you check, what did you expect to see, and what did you do when it was missing? I want to compare that habit with the signals PatchGate can actually verify.
