An Action that is hard to roll back is not ready for a beta

I am writing the beta/rollback path before asking another repo to install the Action.

The part I care about is whether a maintainer can get back to a known-good commit without guessing which tag moved.

When you evaluate a new GitHub Action, what release detail do you check first?
